Terms of Service

Effective September 17, 2026

These terms govern access to Bolla Connect. By authorizing a connection, you confirm that you have authority to connect the relevant business and advertising assets.

Use of the service

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in line with Meta's terms and policies. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or use another business's assets without permission.

Client accounts

Clients retain ownership of their accounts, assets, and data. Connecting an account gives Bolla limited permission to access and manage the authorized assets for agreed marketing services. A client may revoke access at any time.

Availability

We work to keep the service secure and available, but it may be interrupted or changed. Third-party services, including Meta, are governed by their own terms and may affect availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bolla is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
