Privacy Policy

Effective September 17, 2026

Bolla provides marketing services and tools for businesses. This policy explains how Bolla handles information when a business connects its Meta account to Bolla Connect.

Information we collect

When an authorized user connects Meta, we may receive the user or system-user identifier, business and advertising account identifiers, page identifiers, account names, campaign and advertising performance data, and an access token. We also collect basic technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.

How we use information

We use this information to provide authorized marketing services, manage campaigns, prepare reports, diagnose connection problems, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Access tokens and security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only on Bolla's servers. Each client connection is stored separately. We limit access to people and service providers who need it to operate the service.

Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure and service providers that process it for Bolla, with the client that authorized the connection, or when required by law. We do not share a client's Meta data with another client.

Retention

We keep connected-account information while it is needed to provide services and for a limited period afterward for security, legal, or accounting needs. We delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may remove Bolla's access in Meta or ask us to disconnect an account or delete associated information. See our data deletion instructions.
